SOLO, COUPLE AND RELATIONSHIP THERAPY
WELCOME
I am a systemic psychotherapist with 20 years of experience working in mental health and wellbeing. I work with individuals and couples who want to co-create meaningful and lasting change in their relationships.
The foundations of my work are:
Interconnection
communication
Integration
Movement & Balance
Body & Mind
We are not static, relationships are dynamic and we all hold the possibility for change.
I approach each client with kindness, compassion and curiosity.

APPROACH
I use an integrative approach that draws from a range of theories, including systems theory, narrative & attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, embodiment & coaching. My relational approach creates a safe and supportive space to explore thoughts, emotions, and intentional action. Through working together, we can uncover patterns from your past and present that may be keeping you stuck and develop strategies for moving forward.
